Position Level Junior Executive Requirements -Minimum Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. -At least 1 year of outdoor sales experience (preferably in construction materials, logistics, or trading). -Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently with high self-motivation and target-driven mindset. -Familiarity with construction industry practices and sand & gravel products is an advantage. -Possess a valid driving license and own transport (required for site and client visits). -Willing to travel frequently within assigned sales areas. Responsibilities -Identify, approach, and secure new clients in construction, infrastructure, and related industries. -Promote company’s sand, gravel supply, and transportation services through direct outdoor sales visits. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and suppliers. -Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management. -Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track competitor activities. -Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with clients. -Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on customer inquiries. -Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of sand and gravel orders. -Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and submit regular progress updates to management. -Participate in trade shows, site visits, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
